Disclosures
How this site works, in plain terms.
This is a referral service
SouthernPinesLandClearing.com connects landowners with independent contractors. It does not clear, mulch, grade, grind or burn anything, and it does not employ the contractors it refers.
How the site is paid
Contractors pay to receive referrals or to advertise here. Landowners never pay anything.
One contractor per request
Each request goes to one contractor who serves your area, not to a list of companies.
Contractors are responsible for their work
The contractor you hire is responsible for their own licensing, insurance, permits, pricing, workmanship and warranties, and any agreement is between you and them. North Carolina requires a general contractor license for undertakings of $40,000 or more, and you can look up a license with the NC Licensing Board for General Contractors before hiring.
Calls may be recorded
Calls to the phone number on this site may be recorded for quality and to confirm referrals.
Sources
Rules, fees and cost figures on this site come from the town, county, state and federal pages they link to and from the cost guides they name, as of the date given on each page. They are general information, not legal advice. The office that enforces a rule, and your contractor's written quote, are what count.
